Kỳ thi học sinh giỏi lớp 12 của TP.HCM năm học 2025-2026 đã chính thức diễn ra vào ngày 4/3 vừa qua. Điểm đáng chú ý nhất của kỳ thi năm nay là sự bùng nổ về số lượng với 9.082 thí sinh dự thi, tăng mạnh so với con số 6.000 thí sinh của kỳ thi năm 2025. Nguyên nhân của sự gia tăng kỷ lục này là do đây là kỳ thi học sinh giỏi cấp thành phố đầu tiên sau khi TP.HCM thực hiện sáp nhập mở rộng với Bình Dương (cũ) và Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu (cũ). Trong số các môn thi, Tiếng Anh thu hút đông thí sinh nhất với 1.203 em đăng ký dự thi.

· Listening (20đ): Nghe điền từ & nghe phỏng vấn vận động viên tennis.
· Use of English (20đ): Trắc nghiệm ngữ pháp – từ vựng nâng cao.
· Word Forms (40đ): Biến đổi từ & điền từ vào đoạn văn về công nghệ.
· Guided Cloze (30đ): Điền trắc nghiệm – chủ đề lịch Julian/Gregorian.
· Open Cloze (40đ): Điền từ – cá voi mắc cạn & hang động Mustang (Nepal).
· Reading (20đ): Đọc hiểu về tranh luận hướng dẫn dinh dưỡng Mỹ.
· Sentence Transformation (30đ): Viết lại câu 7–10 từ.
